TOD routing simply allows you to make a given partition available  
only during certain hours/days.  For your customer assuming the  
Voicemail pilot is in the Voicemail partition you would just make it  
so the Voicemail partition is only available from 5:01 - 8:59.   This  
would of course also prevent users from checking voicemail.
