[cisco-voip] ACException

Hello,

I'm currently using an Attendant-Console Pilot Point to distribute calls
to various CTI Pilot extensions.

Everything has been working fine; except for that when I'm in a
clustered environment (2 Call Managers v 4.1(2)) I'm seeing a problem
where calling the pilot point gives a fast busy.

The PP (pilot point) is associated with the 'ac' user and, as I said, it
was working fine. However when the subscriber (LABCM02) is down I'm
getting the following message in the TCD logs:

8345 05/10 11:29:13.154 DEBUG ACHGLines: Checking for stuck HG lines
8346 05/10 11:30:13.640 DEBUG ACHGLines: Checking for stuck HG lines
8347 05/10 11:30:40.344 INFO ACInterServerConnection.initconnection:
com.cisco.ac.common.ACException: Cannot locate the server at
LABCM02

The device pool associated with the PP is referencing a call manager
group which first uses the subscriber (labcm02) and then the publisher.
However it doesn't seem to be rolling over when the subscriber goes
down.

Anyone know why?

Thank you,
Paul
