1. If I have a NON-POE Cisco IP phone, is there a RJ45 cable that can
deliver POE by switching the pins? Where can you buy such a cable?


2. CME - anyone have a basic 'how-to' for CME? I have never installed and
setup a CME router but I have a 2811 to play with, any suggestions?
