[cisco-voip] XML Question (Continued).

CCM docs have always said...

BM_1222592Messages

BM_1222594Leave this field blank (not used by Cisco CallManager).

It could be that the Messages URL simply doesn't do what you are trying to
do. Or is it almost working, but not quite??

Subject: [cisco-voip] XML Question (Continued).

Sorry for the last email, I hit send by accident.

I'm in the middle of cutting over to Unity 4.05.

I have the old Unity server still accessible via a special DN for users to
get there old voicemail.

I'm trying to modify the behavior of the messages button on the phone so the
user is presented with a menu
1.) New Voicemail System
2.) Old Voicemail System.

I've assigned a new URL to the messages button in Enterprise Parameters that
points to a file with the following contents

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>
  <Title>Voicemail</Title>
  <Prompt>Select the entry</Prompt>
  <DirectoryEntry>
    <Name>New Voicemail</Name>
    <Telephone>8810</Telephone>
  </DirectoryEntry>

  <DirectoryEntry>
    <Name> Old Voicemail</Name>
    <Telephone>8000</Telephone>
  </DirectoryEntry>
</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

If I attempt to load the URL from a PC Browser, it works, but on the phone
it doesn't.

Any Ideas.
Scott
