[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3)SR3a Recomendation

I talked to a TAC engineer and they said it is the most stable out of the rest and SR1 is full of bugs.

Can you explain me your experience with Service Release 3a? Have you had
any issue?
I would like to install it in a customer and I would like to know if it
is a good idea :)
