[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3)SR3a Recomendation

haven't had any major problems yet, but i've seen the following so far:
  a.. auto-call pickup does not work (known bug)
  b.. adding a functional group removes all other functional groups from the grant priveleges screen in MLA (not reproduceable)
  c.. reconfiguring a huntpilot callforward ring no answer (and the other one, can't remember) caused the pilot to send calls directly to the destination. in our case it was our autoattendant pilot to our unity box
