[cisco-voip] Unity Upgrade

If memory serves my right, you must be running at least 4.0.4 in order
to support Exchange 2003 if your running off box mail store (IE. UM)
It's time for a major upgrade.

Hi,

 

A customer of mine is going to upgrade his exchange enviroment from 5.5
to 2003.

This is going to have a serious impact on my Unity System I would think.

 

Where do I have to be concerned about, when they do this.

Do I have to rerun the unity install or is it running a patch or so?
