[cisco-voip] IPCC express standard vs premium requirements

Hello,
right now i have an installation running with IPCC express standard 
edition. This installation is running on the CCM cluster.

I plan to "update" this installation to premium.

1. Can i run IPCC Express premium edition on the same hardware where the 
callmanager resides. This edition will not have TTS or ASR features and
a minimal pool of agents.

2. If 1. is true, can i upgrade the standard edition to premium, without 
uninstalling it first.

3. Has someone any experience on uninstalling an IPCC express standard 
edition on a callmanager and can give me some info whether this is 
possible, while not rendering the callmanager installation useless at 
the same time.
