[cisco-voip] MGCP vs. H323

I'm looking to compile a document that has all SRST keepalives and
timers for both MGCP and H323.  Does anyone have any good reference
locations or commands needed in SRST?  I've found the following:

We're trying to determine in our environment the fastest and most
seamless failover into SRST based on network convergence and
configurable or non-configurable keep alive timers.  Any help or leads
in the right direction will be greatly appreciated!!
