[cisco-voip] Call/contact centers integration (Cisco & Nortel), in a follow-the-sun setup

Hi, everyone,

I was just wondering if anybody has some good pointers in regards to pros and 
cons (integration and proper functionality, eventually first-hand experience) 
of IPCC (Express or not) integration/coordination with Nortel Call Center 
products. I need to analyze the following scenario: existing Nortel call 
center deployments, in some locations (various continents), and possibility 
of newer ones, from Cisco, in a follow-the-sun setup. The two options I am 
contemplating right now are: staying with Nortel throughout, just because 
they must be working together, or adding in the new sites Cisco contact 
centers, to which option I would appreciate feasibility and reality-check 
advice ("been there, done that - worth or not" type of feedback).
