[cisco-voip] Outbound dialer options

Hi

I have a customer looking for options for an outbound automatic dialer
solution for their CCM 4.13 system.

My understanding is that this is not an option in IPCC express (correct me
if I'm wrong) so I'm looking for suggestions regarding 3rd party solutions.

I'm sure I've seen similar threads on this list before but I can't seem to
find them in the archives.
