You can use GSM to remove subscriber properties or you need the
infamous bunny killer app from ciscounitytools.com.

Hi,

I have a question concerning unity 4.0(5) installation.

I have a Unity server crashed at the customer site.

I had to use new hardware en do a new unified messaging install.

Everything went well and unity is configured.

Customer has a Exchange 2003 enviroment.

After installing everything from scratch, I tried to import the users
with the bulk import

utility.

It seems that the users I want to import are not in the list of users.
(in the bulk import that is).

It looks like Unity knows that the users has been imported already on
the crashed server, so it doesn't show them.

When I look at the global subscriber manager I can see the users I
imported earlier on the crashed server.

How can I import the subscribers on the newly installed system.

Gr

Richard
