[cisco-voip] crs recording

Hello all

I have a system where im doing a continual record on answered agents calls.
It works  fine ,  but when the agent place caller on hold and then comes
back.. He recording get just dead air.  At first I thought the recording
stops.. but it continues until the end of the call.  Just has dead air post
HOLD-UNHOLD.. 

Anybody know what could this be..
