[cisco-voip] CallManager & APC Power down utilities

What's the consensus on this?

Is it a good idea or bad idea to install something like APC Powerchute
on the CallManagers?  If the power goes out at the UPS is low on
battery it will start a graceful shutdown on the CallManager.

The only doc I could find on CCO says that Powerchute for Smart-UPS
2.2.1 is compatible with CallManager 4.0(2a).
