[cisco-voip] Phone table listing and SNMP

I'm trying to do some SNMP stuff with CM and I'm having trouble finding a
particular entry in the MIB.
 
I can pull all active/registered phones via SNMP.
 
I cannot seem to find an entry to pull the whole phone device listing
(registered or not).
 
Anyone know if this is possible (I know it can be done with AXL, I'm trying
to find a SNMP way)?
