I know about this MIB.
It's only available when there are registered phones, and it only shows
registered phones. I'm trying to hunt one down that gives me the whole
phone table.

You may do a snmpwalk on ccmPhoneStatus
(OID:1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.2.1.1.7.x) so you can see, which phones are
registered at the moment. If a phone is registered with CCM the
ccmPhoneStatus reads "2",
I think there will also unregistered phones shown.
