[cisco-voip] IPCC forums

I think one list is better (for now). It takes little time to delete a message but I would hate to miss a message that had something in common with our setup, even though I don't do IPCC personally.

Just as a matter of differentiation (and reducing the number of potentially unwanted messages for some viewers), should we make a IPCC/contact center/ivr/tcl mailing list?

Also you could use: ask-icd-ivr-support at external.cisco.com

You can also try the Netpro forum, probably the Contact Center area:

Are there any specific IPCC scripting forums on the web like this one?

      Thanks.
