[cisco-voip] services URLs - personal directory

Hi

I am trying to enable the personal directory for IP phone users in CCM
4-1-3 but can not find the URL to enter in the services parameters.
did it about two years ago and now can not find the URL. Does anyone
have it or a link to IPt call manager services URLs. I hope I am on
the right track - it does run as a phone services.##

Or maybe a link to all the IP phone services URLs if something like
that exists

Tried the website but could not find it - know how it is - just when
you want something quick you will struggle to get it
