[cisco-voip] cant recieve call from 614 and 216

Hi Ryan,
 
Where do you see that?  Call ref for that disconnect (0x127) is different from the setup (0x1BB).  Looks to me like that Disconnect is for a different call.  No?
 
James, do you have a more complete q931 debug?

Assuming this is an inbound call the telco is sending the Disconnect 
message.

Have you called them yet?

It show that when a call comes in from NA,  it does not connect.  
Callers all others type of calls work. I can see them going in and 
out.  This is ld and local.
