[cisco-voip] Phone Load 8.03 for 7970

This load seems severly broken to me:

1) XML Browser broke the HTTP Host: Header. In previous versions, it
was bearing the name as configured in the service. Now it just bears
the IP address resolved from that name. Of course this hoses any
service running on a WWW server that utilizes name based virtual
   hosting.
2) XML Browser broke the Accept-Charset: Header. In 7.x it was filled
with iso-8859-1 while in 8.03 it is empty (but present).
3) XML Browser broke the characters beyond ASCII (umlauts) *again*.
After beeing so glad that at least the lowercase versions still
were usable in 7-0-3-0S (uppercase broke around 6.x) now even
   lowercase KATE is destroyed.
4) XML Browser now rejects a lot of XML pages as unparseable that work
up to 7.x. Reasons for rejecting aren't obvious.

That's just what I was confronted with today after doing a test upgrade
and before going back to 7-0-3-0S. The upgrade loader looks better, though.
And thankfully there is no such problem in 7960's 8.02...
