There shouldn't be anything fancy required for a PRI as long as you  
are receiving ANI on the incoming call.

Get a 'debug isdn q931' of the call to make sure you are getting ANI.

With H.323 if you are getting the calling party in a Facility IE I  
believe CM won't be able to interpret it.
