If you upgrade Publisher successfully, you can fully reinstall
subscriber - like option.

We are experiencing a problem upgrading a subscriber from 5.02 to 5.04.
We
can upgrade the publisher without a problem but when we upgrade the
subscriber all the users are lost on the subscriber including
CCMAdministrator. At this point I believe the two Call Managers stop
communicating and all the devices register to the publisher. Also we can
no
longer access the WEB interface for the subscriber.
