If there is a voice router available (which very likely is), another option
is to use Tcl IVR on that router. It is not exactly simple, but on the other
hand, it's fully programmable and comes with the IOS for free. Accepting a
call, playing a .au file and hanging up is probably done in less than 100
Tcl LOC, and it can answer calls in parallel. No low-tech required ;)
