[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity 4.2 Upgrade - Crystal Reports missing?

You need to download all the CD images, not just the Unity ones... there are
a bunch of Service Pack CD's out there and you need CD 1 and it is:

CiscoUnity4.2.1-ServicePacks-ENU-CD1\CrystalReportRuntime
