[cisco-voip] Handset for hearing impaired

I have a user who is hard of hearing, and used a Teletype machine with
our old system.

I configured an FXS port to hold his extension number and patched it
through to his desk floor port. This way the equipment he was used to
could still continue to be used.

Configure the FXS the same way you would a FAX, etc.

Worked fine, although we did need to add some route patterns specific to
certain services that are available using the teletype machine.
