If you have queuing enabled the call may be going into queue because
none of the devices in the AC hunt group are ready to take a call.

Thanks Ryan
I had to add the local host in the advanced config of AC and it worked.
Now I'm trying to get broadcast hunting to work. I used the
ACconfig.bat to change it to broadcasting.... but I never see it in
AC(just goes on hold). What might be the issue there?

Do you have a firewall between your pc and the CM servers? AC
linestate uses is not sent over the control session from the server
to the client, it is sent in UDP packets.
Also make sure the DNs in your directory match the numbers on the
actual lines. AC is not partition-aware but if the linestates it
gets from CM doesn't match the dn in your directory you won't get
anything.

I'm running CM 4.1.3sr2 and I'm pulling up AC and it works just fine
but my directory look up only shows "?" rather then one the phone
idle, etc.
What's my problem?
