[cisco-voip] Password recovery for CRA

Hi All,

 

Client does not have the password to gain access at the CRA logon. I
remember reading a document somewhere (sometime ago) regarding Password
recovery for CRA. I just can not find it now. 

 

Can anyone please point me to the procedure to recover forgotten CRA
Administrator password?
