[cisco-voip] CDRs missing from SQL!!

Is the CDR Insert service started and running -- on the publisher usually. This service is what processes the records in the flat files in the \program files\cisco\calldetail\cdr folder and puts them in the CDR SQL Database.

If the CDR Insert service is started, check to see if CDR database exists on that server and if there are any errors in the event viewer application log.

If the cdr flat files are just collecting in the \program files\cisco\calldetail\cdr folder and not being moved to the bad folder then the CDR service (if started) may be hung and need to restarted.

Each CCM server creates the CDR records in a CSV file. Under CCM Service Parameters for each node in the cluster, there is a CDR Enabled flag. Check to see if this is set to TRUE on the servers you want to do CDR (usually all of the servers).

Subject: [cisco-voip] CDRs missing from SQL!!

Hi,
today i discovered that cdr records are missing from the sql!!
1.Records exist in c:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail (really what are
these for?)
2.In Enterprise Parameters it is checked "CDRs will be inserted in the
database"
3. I make an sql query and i get values till 17th of October only.

Don't ask about CAR tool!!
1. It does not work (I get an apache http error message when i try to
access it via IE)
2. Even if it did work, i wouldn't use it.

Thanks Anthony
