[cisco-voip] E&M Configuration

I am trying to integrate to a legacy phone system (Mitel) via using a
VIC2-2E/M card in a 2801 router. Previously there had been two Mitel
systems that were hooked up by a pair of 2801 routers with a
"connection trunk" configuration between them. Now one of the Mitel
systems has been replaced with a CallManager system and I need to send
the calls directly to and from the remote 2801. I cannot find a
document on CCO that describes how to configure this... everything
points to two ISR routers and two legacy PBX systems. Can someone
point me in the right direction to get this going?
