[cisco-voip] Busy lamp support? CCM 4.2?

I think this was discussed before, but with CCM 4.2 (and current SR's)
is it possible to have Busy Lamp Fields on 7914, 7941, 7961, and
7971's??

There is the Call Park Busy Lamp Field, that I see in the documentation
and that will ONLY allow you to associate it with a Call Park number.

If someone has done Busy Lamp Field (for regular DN's/Extensions) please
walk us through it.

Again, I know of the BLF for Call Park but how do you get CCM 4.2 to
show if a user is on the phone on the phones above (with LED's on Line
buttons).

Or is this a feature of CCM 5.X??
