[cisco-voip] 4-1-3 sr4b released. Now what about those features?

The SeaDragon features are RFC 2833 and BLF speed dial.

Skittles, etc are internal code names for projects.

I'm not sure what nightlight features, the internal notes of that bug
are not very helpful (to me at least).

I suspect the More key timer is a timer on how long the phone will go
before reverting to the default softkey set after you press the More
key.
Auto call select means if you are on a call and a second call comes
in on that line focus will automatically switch to the new call. The
fix for this bug introduced a parameter that allows for whether this
happens or not (some customers didn't like it).

Bug toolkit won't tell me what these actually mean:

CSCse84481 Add nightlight features

CSCsa71277 Implement SeaDragon features

Also, what are Skittles, Turboprop and Chumbawumba?
