A customer had the wrong cost per minute for calls, TAC said historical
data could not be changed. I know you can re-process records with
InforTel.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Wiping ART

Hi,

I changed the dial plan rules in a certain ART installation and would
like to reapply the new classification rules to history data. Is there
a way to do so without wiping ART to force a reimport? If not, how is
this wiping supposed to be performed? Not beeing a database guy, I'm
pretty nervous about deleting anything that might essentially trash the
entire CCM installation.

TIA,
Andre.
