[cisco-voip] FW: 7920 phone bootproblems

Dear experts,
hope anybody can help me out with a dead 7920 phone. This one does not boot
up,
only 'till the Cisco screen "Empowering,....etc." After pressing # it asks
for the USB
connection. So i hook it up via the USB cable to the 7920 configuration
Utility, V 3.0.
After logging in, it says that the firmware needs to be loaded first. When
selecting
the *.bin file, it says that the phone needs to boot up first.  After
selecting "OK", I
get the error:
 
Error code: ERR 305
Description: No response from phone ! Connection is closed...
 
Is there a way I can bring this phone back to life ? Any help will be warmly
appreciated !
