[cisco-voip] VoIP call forwarding log

This will appear in the detailed CCM traces (softkey event CFWDALL)  
as well as in the DBL_CCM traces on the subscriber where the phone is  
registered.  The DBL traces may be a bit more difficult to follow  
than CCM traces.
