[cisco-voip] VG 248 Conferencing Ability (especially incoming calls)

Steve,

Not possible.  I believe the vg248 can provide call waiting 
notification, but it cannot cannot invoke 'join' softkey to join party 
to existing conference.

The features exposed to the analog side of the vg248 are:
