[cisco-voip] IPCC: present caller with place in queue and avg. time to hold?

Anyone have an IPCC script that would present a caller with their current
position in queue and/or the avg. time in queue or something along those
lines?

I am looking to play with it and see if I can get one or both of those
options implemented.

Any info or examples would be appreciated.
