this is not implemented in CCM logic (for external calls).
you should try with 3rd party solutions.
check www.2ring.cz  software... they can provide you with this feature based on corporate directory

  Is it possible to display a name on the phone when an incoming call arrives based on the number called by the customer? 
  I.e. for incoming calls to 801111 Customer_A must be displayed on the phone, while for incoming calls to 8012222 Customer_B must be displayed on the phone. 
  Any idea how to implement this with CCM 4.1?
