You can control/modify the digits that CCM sends to the PSTN gateway either
on the Route Pattern or Route List (specific for each Route Group in that
List).
If you are using a H323 PSTN GW you could also specify digit manipulation on
the GW itself (e.g. using voice translation rules)
In your case a simple "Calling Party Transform Mask" on the Route Pattern
could do the trick e.g. 3199XXX
this transform mask will change the calling party number in your example
from 1064 to 3199064...
