[cisco-voip] Experience using CCM4.1(3)SR4b

BLF was not added to 4.1.3. CSCsa71277 is a phone load fix. Since this phone load was added to 4.1.3srb it required it be listed in the release note. With that said Cisco makes every attempt to make the phone load compatible with all current versions of CCM, thus need to support several features in the same phone loads. Just because these features were added to the phone does not insinuate the CCM will support the feature.

This phone is now capable with the current phone load in the CCM release, still dependant on the CCM version for full support.

until now, 4.2 was the first version which introduced BLF... so 4b extends it to 4.1.3 ?
maybe it should work also on 7941/61 phones?

So does that mean with 4.1(3) SR4b installed, then a 7960 with 7914 unit can have BLF buttons configured.

Update the BLF icon for the 7960 phones
Update the lamp on sidecar based on BLF state
Make sure the phone send DTMF tone in the right frequency when VAD is on
