[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(3) to 5.04 Migrations

When migrating from a 4.1(3) cluster to 5.04, is it possible to do this
in a staged way, Ideally we would like to install a cluster of version 5
servers with an ICT between the 2 clusters and slowly migrate users
across, stage by stage. E.g. one remote site at a time. Hopefully
causing us less issues.

 

But what I seem to have read suggests running the DMA and then copying
all the license files for the phones in one go to the new cluster, if I
do this can I still run the 2 clusters together.  If not there must be
another way to do this as I can't believe that you have to migrate
across all or nothing at all.

 

Has anyone done anything similar or can point me in the direction of any
further info regarding migrations.
