[cisco-voip] help with sup720's needed

Hi all 

 

We got a sup720 and a sup720-3b back for a customer that are giving us
problems 

 

 

The sup 720 has the following errors -

The WS-SUP720 pwred up fine but errors keep poping up:

Counsole:

On the SUP720-3B --- IT IS RUNNING IN SP-MODE --  HOW DO WE SWITCH TO RP
MODE IN THE BIOS????
