Can you delete the files in the directory, then use the rmdir command to
remove the empty directory?

Subject: [cisco-voip] OT: switch IOS directories

I'm upgrading some 3560's from 12.1 code to 12.2 code.

The original 12.1 code is installed on the flash under a directory:

IE> flash:c3560-i9-mz.121-19.EA1d/c3560-i9-mz.121-19.EA1d.bin

How do I delete this directory and everything in it?

I copied the new 12.2.25SEE2 code to the flash and booted it via the
boot system statement and all works, but I want to clean up the old
stuff.

Any ideas welcome.....

Delete does not work on directories.

Scott
