[cisco-voip] ipcc ex getting delay on enterprise data window

we are running 3.5.3 .  and our ip phone agent have start getting delay on the enterprise data window.  this was working just fine for the last past year.  i add another application that is just a copy of the ones that are there allready.  i turn off trace in CM and debug in CRS server.  and restarted server a few times.  anybody seen this before.  it about a 5 - 10 sec delay
