[cisco-voip] Create/Upgrade user to callmanager admin

Update

 

We have the callmanager servers in a separate domain.  I set up the
users as suggested by sweeper1, but still cannot log in as the new
admin.  Any other suggestions?  I do not have MLA turned on.

Click User-> Access Rights -> User Groups

Select SuperGroupUser from the list on the left

Click Add a User to Group

search for the user

select the checkbox next to him/her

click add selected

You can use MLA which is bundled with 4.0 ,you need not install any
additonal software on callmanager for the same.
