When you say "unassigned number", is that a message you get from the
telephone company or from the callmanager annunciator?

I have had problems in the past with the telco assigning 100 or 1000 DID
numbers but the missed porting a handful over in their switch which gave
reorder tone when dialed from the outside. Check your gateway and see
if they ever reach you that far, if not get on the horn with your telco.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Ext Problem on PRI's

Hi,

I have 2 PRI's with a DID range of say 1 - 1000. All Extensions on this
range works fine when dialed from the outside except for 5 extensions.
When dialing any of the problematic extensions i get "Unassigned
number". Problem is that those extensions are configured the same way as
all the others. I have even deleted them and then re-added them....still
the same result.

I have CCM 4.2 running, using MGCP to my 2 Gateways, each with one PRI.

Any ideas?

thnx

C
