you  will want to set the caching of config files and constant files to 
flase.  Keep in mind with a large install this will negativly affect your 
performance

There is no option for store in memory there:
I only have these:
File Delete - True
Server IP Track - True
TFTP IP Address - 127.0.0.1
Max Serving count - 200
Build CNF Files - Slective
Enable Caching of Constant and Bin files at Startup - True
Enable Caching of Config Files - True

Would one of these do you said?
