Has anyone run across this exception while calling peer.getProvider()?

The same code worked fine in 4.1.3.

ERROR |Oct 10 18:50:06.123|q:main|_init() exit.
com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Unable to create provider --
directory login timeout
