[cisco-voip] CCMAdmin web page not working anymore - HTTP 401 error

Hi,  

Have an issue where CCMAdmin web page on a subscriber server no longer responds. Just sits there and spins after authentication dialog until it times out. In IIS logs it just shows a 401 error. The CCMUser and CCMServicability web pages work fine however and can authenticate with same username/password fine on the servicability web page. 

Have restarted IIS/WWW, tomcat with no change. Have rebooted server with no change. Have compared IIS settings and everything looks the same. This is on a older server with CCM 3.3(3) and OS 2000.2-6. 

Anyone seen this before or have any ideas?
