[cisco-voip] CCMAdmin web page not working anymore - HTTP 401 error

Checked that out Wes and did not help anything. When WWW is stopped it always get stuck in stopping and needs to killed also. 

Think maybe upgrading OS to latest , or CCM to 3.3(5) would refresh things?

IIS does not give us significant insight.  However, it sounds like the 
CCMAdmin component under component services may be having problems 
logging in.

To verify -
go into inetmgr
change the application protection for IIS from High/Isoloated to low.
restart IIS.
does ccmadmin work?

now try flipping it back to high.  this recreates the COM+ object.   If 
the recreated com+ object still fails, this usually indicates other 
local security policies on the server have been modified.
