[cisco-voip] Steps for Migrating IPCC Express 4.0(3) from exising DCD CCM Cluster to new AD CCM Cluster

Customer has small remote office running 50 Cisco Agent Desktops logging
into a IPCC Express 4.0(3) with CallManager 4.1(3) running DCD. Using
MCS-7825s

 

This small office CallManager 4.1(3) cluster is going away, they have
built a new enterprise CallManager 4.1(3) AD Integrated cluster for 6000
phones and multiple sites and want to migrate the CAD Agents and Express
Server to the new CallManager cluster. 

 

 

What other problems will arise? Only thing these steps keep are the
scripts/prompts in this procedure, everything else has to be rebuilt.

 

Steps

1.	Print Screen every page in existing IPCC Server for backup
2.	Re-run setup.exe on IPCC Express and choose AD, creating new AD
Cluster Profile.
3.	Re-create everthing in CCMAdmin > Users
4.	Re-create CTI Ports/Route Points.
5.	Associate ICD controlled extensions in CCMAdmin
6.	Re-create all RmCM/JtapiUserX/RMJtapi in IPCC Express
7.	Re-create all Skills/Assignments
8.	Test
